Account

Account represent a type of asset, loan, expenses, income of you self. Attributes of Account are:

1. Account Code - an unique code to represent an account.
   
2. Account Name
   
3. Account Type - either Asset, Liability, Income, Expenses
   
4. Balance Amount & Balance Date - a cut off date in the history where the amount that you last known. This amount will be posted to a system controlled Capital type of account.
   
5. Remark
   
6. Status - you can only create transactions for Active account.
   
7. Show in Main Account List - account with this enabled will be shown in the Account List (Selected) view. (See View Menu)
