Import Transaction From CSV File

You can put your Transaction information in Comma-Separated Value (CSV) format file and import into PFA. This can save you time in creating the transactions one by one, and enable you to create a large number of transaction entries in spreadsheet software that is more user friendly in table, column, and row manipulation.

The format of CSV file comprise of (in sequence):

  1. Transaction Date: format YYYYMMDDHHMMSS
  2. From Account Code
  3. To Account Code
  4. Reference No
  5. Transaction Type: Normal, Recon.
  6. Amount
  7. Description
  8. Remark

Sample Import File

File below is a sample import file (CSV Format), that you can use Ms Excel, Open Office Calc or even just a text editor like Notepad to populate your transaction data, and import into WangTool.com PFA.
