If you wish to help your relatives that are 75 years old and above to check whether they still have any balance in the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) account, you can do so through the EPF Unclaimed Contribution Information Search.

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is trying to contact EPF members aged 75 and above (or their next of
kin) who have balance in their accounts to withdraw their savings.

Unclaimed Contribution Information Criteria:
- Aged 75 years and above as at 31 December 2009 or birth date is unknown.
- Has balance in the account as at 31 December 2009.
- No annual dividend withdrawal which is still active.

You can contact the nearest EPF Office to obtain further information if your relatives' records are found in the Unclaimed Contribution Information Search. However, search by name can only be made at the EPF Offices.

Do visit the official EPF Unclaimed Contribution Information Search site to start the search if you do have relatives that are 75 years old and might still have the saving in the EPF account.
